3 Inexperienced applicants should keep their resumes down to a single page Resumes General Qualities: Even the most experienced applicants should keep their resumes down to two pages The average human resource manager spends about 14 seconds on each resume. You must capture the manager’s attention in this time Match more than your qualifications to the job - Match your character to the company

4 Make it easy to read by using lots of white space Resumes Some Helpful Hints: Make your resume professional by laser printing it - If you don’t have access to a laser printer, pay to have it printed
