Eligibility Information -Pass the equivalent of 5 credits each quarter (OHSAA and WCS Eligibility Requirement) -GPA of 1.75 (WCS Eligibility Requirement) *Check your schedule closely *Do not drop a class before consulting with your coach, guidance counselor, or athletic director

Eligibility Information -Transfers without a change of residence are ineligible for 50% of each sport played in the previous year unless they meet an exception – if you are a transfer student who has not met with the Athletic Director you must do so -Residence – you must be a resident of the Westerville City School district to be eligible -Once you turn 20 years old, you are ineligible for participation -You may not participate on a non-school team during the season -You cannot practice or play unless you are in attendance for at least half a day

Required Paperwork -PreSeason Pre-Participation Exam -Concussion Information Sheet -Emergency Medical Form -Student Data Sheet -Code of Conduct Form -Physical Education Waiver Form/Application *All interscholastic sports activities have inherent dangers. The mere nature of the sports activities makes it possible for the participant to sustain injury; some could result in paralysis or even death.
