TAIS Data & Solace Client

Solace JMS Appliance Solace JMS appliance is a new hardware accelerator to reduce congestion in NESG To be deployed to ACY on R&D, FNTB, Ops New external users and new data feeds (e.g. TAIS) will need to use the Solace appliance Existing SWIM topics unchanged for now

Solace JMS Appliance Slight changes needed for a Solace client Users will be connecting to queues, not topics Need an additional connection identifier, to be supplied by the FAA Need to use Solace APIs (e.g. JAR files) Sample clients The SWIM sample client JumpStart will be available from EES The STDDS sample client NEMSTopicClient will be available from the NSRR A general Solace server-client VMR can be downloaded from http://dev.solacesystems.com/

STDDS TAIS Timeline for Solace TAIS Solace queues available for testing on R&D in January 2016 Live TAIS data from 1st key site will be available on R&D late January 2016 Solace deployed to Ops February 2016 or later FNTB Qualification Testing will be required Additional documentation in development
