Help you enhance, enable, and expand the learning experience for your students with technology Connect you with peers to collaborate and share ideas for improving the teaching and learning environment with technology Provide a reliable, supported teaching and learning technology environment

Support Services CLC S ~ 40 labs ~ 900 computers ~ 360 software apps Several are 24-hour or extended-hour labs Many departmentally owned with discipline- specific software

Support Services CLC S OFTWARE REQUEST P ROCESS Starts after middle of semester When requesting software, remember: – Your name – Your department – Software titles and versions – Desired CLC locations – Courses that will be using software

Support Services CLC S OFTWARE REQUEST P ROCESS Software MUST meet the following criteria: – If it needs to “check out” a license, then it must be license managed by the license server – The software meets campus security standards – The software has been determined through testing that it does not interfere with other software packages installed on the same machine
