Slide 4 Using the Student List Panel Filter The Student List Panel can be filtered using the drop down. Choose the Student List you wish to view. My Caseload: all students on your My Watch List: students added to your Watch List by your or another user My Progress Monitoring (not in use at this time) My Services: all students for which you provide a service My Programs>Special Ed: all students for which you are the Case Manager

The information will fill in the goal text as it is entered. To edit the goal text click the Custom button.

Slide 53 Services Screen – Service Group The Service Details window opens Dates are prefilled from the Plan Date screen but can be edited here At least one service must end on the IEP End Date Choose the Service Group – the type of service you are entering

Slide 58 Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) Each time period on Services Screen displays a line on the Least Restrictive Environment screen An LRE Placement category is listed based on the General Education percent Can be changed for SSD Schools, Homebound, Early Childhood placements, etc. using the Manual Override

Only one option can be chosen. The text boxes expand. Five forms available inside IEP. Additional forms can be created in Notice Of Action Event.
