Summary of main questions on the Partnership Agreement and the secretariat support

Q1: Voting in technical groups -in case an organization controlling more than one oneM2M membership 1 vote per “company”/ per Partner Type 1 or 1 vote per “company”

Q2: Definition of “one organization controlling more that one membership” The aiming is to not allow a company that controls another company to express more than one vote What means that “an organization controls more than one oneM2M membership?” -> owning more than certain given xx percentage of the controlled company?)

Q3: Technical voting for member based organization IPR policies for technical voting for Partner Type 2 -> It is enough to assure that Partner type 2 has an IPR policy compatible with Partner type 1 IPR policy for technical voting for members that are associations -> Is this case covered in the current Partner type one policies?

Q4: Partner 1 Publishing Partner Type 1 should be requested to be capable to publish Standards in the context oneM2M scope?

Q5: Meeting hosting Should meeting hosting provided by the one M2M secretariat or Directly by the members?
