ZIP River Adventures will be a Recreational Facility that: -Will Enhance the River Landing Visitor’s Experience. -Will Attract Additional Visitors to River Landing -Will Provide a Participation Element to River Landing That Currently Does Not Exist.

ZIP RIVER ADVENTURES will offer: -Two 1000 foot Zip lines Across the river -A 50 foot climbing wall. -Souvenir Sales -Opportunity to Purchase a Video Momento of your adventure.

ZIP RIVER ADVENTURES will be operated by Douglas Brecht. He has 22 years experience in the outdoor recreational industry, with running a highly successful outdoor paintball field. Zip River Adventures has no direct competitors and will provide an adventure experience unequalled in Saskatoon.

The East Side of the Facility will consist of a 60 foot tall ZIP/Climbing tower connected to a 500 square foot retail outlet.

Capital Budget: Monthly Expenses: East Land Lease: $5,000/Month West Land Lease:$14,000/Month & 3 $13/hr):$14,400 Insurance: $4,185 Utilities: $500 Retail Materials: $3,480 Office Expenses: $200 Vehicle Expenses: $300 Setup Cost: East Side Tower and West Side Line Mounts:$85,000 Two ½ Inch Stainless Steel Cable: $20,000 Main Building: $50,000 Rigging Equipment: $10,000 Retail and Office Equipment: $10,000 Training: $ 3,000 Vehicle: $10,000 Total Setup Cost: $188,000 +$32,000 in operating Captal.

Income Projections: -Operating Season 1 April to 31 October -Weekly Operations Monday Through Sunday -Hours of Operation 9 am to 6 pm Sat and Sun Noon to 6pm Mon to Fri -Projected Customers 13,920 -Projected Climbing and Zipline Income at $30 per customer: $417,600 -Projected Retail Sales:$139,200 Total Annual Income: $556,800

Financial Investment: -Initial investment will be $120,000 from Equity investment and $100,000 from a loan with my personal assets as collatoral. -At an average of 66 customers per day we will give you an internal return on investment of 21% on your initial investment of $120,000. This return is at a customer base of 50% of Operating Capacity. At 75% we can generate a return of 224% on your investment.
