Key Question # 1: What are the major organs of your system? The main organs in the nervous system are the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. The brain sends messages to the body, and the nerves make you feel things. The main organs in the nervous system are the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. The brain sends messages to the body, and the nerves make you feel things.

Vocabulary: Neurons- The basic functioning units of the nervous system Nervous System – It’s like telephone system because the phone sends messages to other people like the brain sends messages to the nerves

Key Question # 2: What are the functions of your system? Nervous system passes messages through the body by nerves. The main job is to get the information from the body and sends out instructions.

Neurons – Carry out signals from all over the body, most of them are in the brain. Paraphrase – Nervous system responds to stimuli to maintain homeostasis.

Key Question #3: Why is your system the most important for the body to survive?. It’s important to survive cause it controls everything we do. If it dies out then we want be able to move. It’s important to survive cause it controls everything we do. If it dies out then we want be able to move.

Vocabulary: Nervous System - Is A organ system with is made of three parts : The brain, Spinal cord, and the central nervous system. Paraphrase: nervous system is a organ system which controls the movement of your body.

Key Question #4: Diseases and Disorders of the System? Key Question #4: Diseases and Disorders of the System? When you have a disease or disorders in the central nervous system can affect also the brain and, it can be fatal illness!.

Vocabulary: Disease and disorders are thing that make you sick or you can’t move of the disorder. Paraphrase: If you have illness in the central nervous system you are in big trouble because you can’t fix it anymore.
