Remote Access Start VPN through connect.spsu.edu Select ‘Client Apps’ on the toolbar on the right top of page Then click ‘Start’ on the Network Connect – this will download the software to start the VPN. You’ll see a gold lock on your taskbar once the session is started. NOTE: If you’re on a Mac, you’ll need to download the Microsoft Remote Desktop application – since the VMware will be expecting that protocol – even if your Mac already has it’s own Remote Desktop app
