Strategic planning is on-going… WORK PLAN We have a huge but achievable challenge before us and an opportunity to alleviate the main extreme issues confronting the target population. Focus on action within the clusters(areas)

A Simple Reminder We need for everyone to understand the importance of making this effort a participatory and collaborative objective.

NEED TO: Identify how the plan will be developed and on what basis? NEED for involving target population into their local communities more effectively Have COMMUNITIES incorporate and support group diversity, including people with disabilities of all sorts Design joint involvement efforts thru matching funds of Local, State and Federal governments and other private groups and businesses Set up clear cut systematic plans for coordination of the Centers with ADSD and CAC by way of robust RFPs

NEED TO… ( Continued) : NEED clear defines phases over two or three years of planning and having a model set-up for all to adhere to and share with the Legislature By having an enhanced plan we will be able to gather constructive and efficient information and share the meaningful/useful data with various local and state groups. This will also enable people to obtain a better under-standing of the issues and also enhance support making the necessary changes in the community and among the individuals needing such services.
