Current problems TAU: during the presentation of Mr. Shotemur Ikramov, representative of TAU, we have been informed that they didn’t receive money and information. Their coordinator Mrs. Zamira Kodirova informed them there is a problem about the budget for Equipment. UNIVAQ, project Coordinator, sent the money to all the partners, TAU included, and didn’t receive any request from the partner Coordinator. We need an urgent information from Mrs. Kadirova. TTU: during the presentation of Mr. Behzod Karimov, we have been informed they have not enough money to spend for their needs about Equipment. We replied they must buy Equipment according to their own budget. Equipment

  KhSU: The representative of KhSU, Mr. Abdurahmon Kadirov, informed us all the procedure about purchasing of equipment has been completed. They showed us pictures and gave us on time documents relating to the purchasing.   KokSU: Mr. Anuarbek Kakabayev, as representative of all the Kazak partners informed us that KokSU completed successfully the procedure of equipment purchasing. We have to receive all the documents.   KATU: ongoing   InEU: we haven’t got information. We ask Mr. Kakabayev to inform us   AAI: UNIVAQ bought all the equipment for them. All the documents are ok.   SAI: UNIVAQ bought all the equipment for them. All the documents are ok.   KNAU: The representative of KNAU informed us that they completed successfully the procedure of equipment purchasing. We have to receive all the documents.   KNU: The representative of KNU, Mrs. Chinara Adamkulova informed us that they completed successfully the procedure of equipment purchasing. She gave us all the documents.

Deadline 15 March WE WANT TO SPEND ALL THE BUDGET ALLOCATED TO “EQUIPMENT” SO, IN CASE OF DELAY OR INSUFFICIENT SPENDING CAPACITIES, WE WILL RPOPOSE A REDISTRIBUTION OF THE BUDGET AMONG THE PARTNERS.

Current problems   Language issues during meetings (English to Russian translation is a must)   Inefficient communication due to lack of prompt responses to s   Delay of activities   During the last meeting partners agreed that each EU institution should sign Bilateral Agreements with different partners of CA involved in the project. Not much done in this field.

Results of Questionnaires evaluation – Issyk Kul meeting (Questionnaires analysed: No. 21) The questions about the meeting organisation. Answers: 47% very good, 29% good, 24% sufficient. The questions about the importance of the meeting. Answers: 58% very important, 42% important. The questions about the level of satisfaction regarding objectives of the meeting Answers: 45% very good, 55% good. The questions about the chance to exchange experiences with the partners. Answers: 52% very good, 48% good. The questions about the quality of the documentation about the meeting received in advance. Answers: 77% very good, 20% good, 3% sufficient. The questions about the social aspects of the meeting Answers: 68% very good, 32% good. The questions about the general evaluation of the meeting Answers: 57% very good, 43% good.

Evaluation of the Issyk Kul meeting Main positive aspects:  Personal communication.  Clarification of project related issues. Main negative aspects:  Language issues.  Division of the group during meals. Suggestions for improvement:  Participation of all Partners.  Students involvement in translation from English to Russian.  Participants should be responsible to make decisions as representatives of their institutions.  Presentations/materials should be available to participants before meetings.
