326 IAC 15 Consumer and Commercial Products Applies to any person who sells, supplies or manufactures consumer products for use in Indiana VOC content limits for over 170 products; must be reformulated by June 1, 2011 Final adopted in September

U.S. EPA Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule 40 CFR Part 98 GHG emissions of 25,000 metric tons or more per year are required to submit an annual report to U.S. EPA Tool to calculate GHG emissions available at: resources/calculator.html resources/calculator.html

Greenhouse Gas Tailoring Rule Indiana Air Pollution Control Board passed Emergency Rule effective January 3, 2011 – Incorporates the Federal GHG Tailoring Rule – Regulates GHG as carbon dioxide equivalents (CO2e) in the PSD and Title V permitting programs (326 IAC 2-2-1, 326 IAC 2-2-4, and 326 IAC 2-7-1)

PSD and Title V Sources Subject to GHG Permitting Requirements Phase One: January 2, 2011 thru June 30, 2011 New major sources with pollutant other than GHG and have the potential to emit 75,000 tpy of CO2e Existing PSD source with emission increase of 75,000 tpy of CO2e

PSD and Title V Sources Subject to GHG Permitting Requirements Phase Two: July 1, 2011 thru June 30, 2013 New source with the potential to emit 100,000 tpy of CO2e Existing major source for GHG that increase CO2e by 75,000 tpy is subject to PSD Any source with the potential to emit 100,000 tpy of CO2e is subject to Title V
