Registering Information on BCH Institutional Structure In the framework of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety, two groups of users are considered for interacting with the Biosafety Clearing House: –National Focal Point for the Biosafety Clearing- House (NFP-BCH) –National Authorized User (NAU)
