Who We Are 100 Scholars was founded in 2003 by Michael Flowers, a former classroom teacher, who saw the growing need for supplemental education. He realized that each student learns differently, but that all students have one thing in common: the ability to learn. His motto is: “Tell me, I forget… Show me, I remember… Involve me, I understand.” During the past four years, this awareness and style has provided educational growth and benefit to thousands of students. Who We Are Now, 100 Scholars is available and ready to help more students than ever. 100 Scholars is an approved Supplemental Education Services (SES) provider in Arkansas and Texas. During the school year, thousands of students will benefit from Scholars. In addition, 100 Scholars is proud to announce the recent opening of its commercial headquarters in San Antonio, TX. What We Do 100 Scholars separates itself from other Supplemental Education Services providers by using educational materials that are recognized nationally for quality and achievement standards. Because 100 Scholars is locally owned and operated, we have the ability to choose materials that are best for your child’s needs. We are not locked into lesson plans developed by corporations outside our area. Therefore, we will focus on educational skills that will be essential for better scores on benchmark exams and classroom performance.
