4 Due Date Days 45 Days Max 5 Days if Default unknown Insured Debt

5 Immediately notify : Thai Star Surety Co., Ltd – Claim

6 Claim Notification & Settlement Notifying Airline I: Notify the Insurer within 10 days from the Date of Default (thru Fax Tel ) II: Submit a letter of claim stating the amount of outstanding debt together with the supporting documents i.e. CSR, Invoice, Dud Cheque, AWB

7 Claim Notification & Settlement Other Affected Airlines I: Confirm the Insurer within 10 days from the date of receipt of the letter whether you are an affected creditor. II: If you are, submit a letter of claim stating the amount of the outstanding debt together with the supporting documents i.e. CSR, Invoice, Dud Cheque, AWB

8 Due Date Publicized DEFAULT Notification (max 10 days) Obtains supporting documents from affected Beneficiaries ready for a Creditors Meeting Claim Notification & Settlement (confirm in 10 days)

9 Once the submission of supporting documents has completely been made, Co-Creditors Meeting will be organized and the settlement can be made within 10 days following the resolution of the meeting.
