2 nd Look - Screening Documentation Screening Documentation Complete the yellow highlighted sections of the WPSD Assessment Review Tool Download and highlight applicable standards o Colorado, National, Common Core o Electronic version preferred Copy the assessment, student materials, scoring guide, and any additional accompanying documents

2 nd Look - Approval Process Documentation submitted by October 10 th, January 10 th, or March 10 th to Central Office Assessment screened by the District Approved Assessment Team, plus a content expert, using the rubric on the review tool Team Recommendation of… o Approved o Approved pending slight modifications o Rewritten and resubmitted o Modified and resubmitted Once approved, data collected each Spring and uploaded into the Dashboard each Fall
