Provider Dementia Care Strategy The main remit of the Dementia Strategy is to define the on-going programme of work that will assure high quality care for patients with dementia. It is our opportunity to ensure that we work together to deliver high quality services to patients with dementia, so that they and their carers feel valued, safe and supported.

The Dementia Strategy is built around Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust Vision, Promises and Standards. Commitment to Care

The Chief Nursing Officers 6 C’s are also embedded throughout the strategy. Commitment to Care

Both of these demonstrate the organisational commitment to deliver compassion in practice and ultimately to make a difference to patients with dementia and their carers. Commitment to Care
