Outcomes from Last Meeting Reviewed updated NESDEC enrollment projections for next 10 years Compared number of classrooms to be needed in each building with the number of classrooms available with modulars removed Reviewed estimated costs of modular removal along with estimated utility and maintenance savings Request development of a plan for phased removal showing impact on program delivery

Why Modular Removal? Modular space meant to be temporary Utility cost and maintenance savings Avoid capital expenditures for modulars Maintenance of K-6 programs and community-based schools Capacity of schools more aligned with enrollment projections
