Since January 22 NYISO & MISO commented on intertie information MSP responded to the IMO Board IMO Board decision - March 28, 2003 –approved additional generator information disclosure –decided in favour of Market Rule amendments –approved associated catalogue changes –requested staff to report back on implementation –requested periodic MSP review. Summary of Decisions as of March 28/03 Intertie-specific flow information & Import Offer Guarantee settlement price data flow information (schedules, flows, and limits) on a zonal basis, 5 to 10 minutes after. IOG information on a system wide basis. Line-specific transmission and intertie outage and maintenance information report on outages, 5 to 10 minutes after the fact. effect on interface limits, 5 to 10 minutes after the fact. planned outages, increase update frequency of reports.
