Why are We Here? Thesis – Can college constituents come together breaking down our silos to the benefit of our students? –Note: the purpose of this breakout is to dialog and take notes in an effort to learn from each other. –Outcomes: Inform our future professional development efforts Identify effective practices

Traditional Transfer Areas Knowledge about ADTs and other degree changes? Realization of student needs outside of transfer Communication with counselors/other student services?
