8 Company Profile Production capacity of the Plant allow to output pharmaceuticals in the following volumes: -Solutions for infusions in polyethylene bottles of 250 ml & 500 ml in volume. The project capacity is 10,000,000 bottles per annum; -Solutions for infusions (amino acid solutions) in glass bottles of 250 ml & 500 ml in volume. The project capacity is 2,000,000 bottles per annum; -Solid pharmaceutical forms – tablets, coated tablets, pills, thecas. The project capacity is 1,032,000,000 per annum (it is possible to produce up to three mounts simultaneously).

11 Personnel As of Quarter 1 st 2011 average staffing number of “Yugra Pharm” OJSC equals to 187 employees. Mean earning level of operating personnel compiles about $ 300 per month, of administrative personnel – about $550, of management personnel – about $ 800. 15 Production Process of Infusion Solutions (IS) Production technology of IS is different for that in glass and polyethylene bottles: Technological process of IS production in glass bottles provides the following main steps: 1.Glass bottles washing; 2.Corks preparation; 3.IS preparing; 4.IS seepage; 5.IS filling; 6.IS sterilization; 7.Visual examination; 8.Packaging; 9.Disposal to warehouse zone for “sequestration” Technological process of IS in polyethylene bottles includes the following stages: 1.Strong solution preparation; 2.Bottle production by means of extrusion method, filling a bottle with the solution; 3.Bottle sterilization; 4.Leak testing; 5.Visual examination; 6.Packaging; 7.Disposal to warehouse zone for “sequestration”

18 Binned storage house is built for storekeeping of all sorts of raw materials, containers and packaging materials, finished products including control storing except for flammable liquids, which are stored in a different warehouse. Warehouse capacity is 5,000 pallets. Highly Binned Stores

19 The Plant Advantages Water Preparation Chemical water preparation area is used for water filtering and receiving water for injections. It is also used for receiving of clear steam for providing the IS, tablets, and thacas production requirements. Clear steam is useful for maintenance of sterility of water partition systems. Climate Room Climatisation is performed by “Carrier” conditioners. Multistage treatment and conditioning of incoming air provides the requirements of all classified premises and equipment. Used air emission is also exposed to two-stage decontamination.

20 Laboratories “Yugra Pharm” OJSC has its own R&D Laboratory where operating technologies are tested and new current pharmaceuticals are developed. R&D laboratory will allow the company to significantly optimize the manufacturing process. Research and Development Laboratory
