NS indicates the related Readiness activities have not started. N/A indicates the readiness area is not applicable. Blue (B) indicates activities for a readiness area are complete.
Calculate SPP Overall Status Department Influence High Influence: Readiness Activities are highly critical to the success of Integrated Marketplace. Delayed readiness activities will have an impact on SPP’s ability to conduct market trials and Go-Live. Medium Influence: Readiness Activities will impact the success of Integrated Marketplace. Delayed readiness activities may increase implementation risk. Low Influence: Readiness Activities are not expected to impact the success of Integrated Marketplace.
