Instructions: Changing colors You can further customize the colors of the card by changing the background to your liking by; Right click on your slide, a pop up will appear… (image above) 1 1 Click on Format Background 1 (highlighted above in red) Select Solid Fill 2, Click on Color 3 and select the one you like. If the color you want is not listed, Click on More Colors 4 This pop up will appear. Now choose the colors that best communicate your feelings! 4 4 Sample preview

Instructions: Save/ Export When you are done customizing your personal message, to export as a video and PowerPoint Show, follow these simple steps; 1. Export as video (*.mp4 & *.wmv): i. Go to File tab ii. Click on Export and select Create a video iii. From the option on the right select Presentation Quality iv. On the field Seconds spent on each slide, type in seconds v. Now click on Create Video vi. On the dialogue box that appear, you can rename your video in the File Name field vii. In the Save as type drop down list select either MPEG-4 Video (*.mp4) or Windows Media Video (*.wmv). Now click on Save and you are done! 2. Save as PowerPoint Show (*.ppsx): i. Go to File tab ii. Click on Save as and choose your save location iii. On the dialogue box that appear, you can rename your video in the File Name field iv. In the Save as type drop down list look for PowerPoint Show (*.ppsx) and select it. Now click on Save and you are done! Happy Holidays!
