 MACo desire for termination or suspension  MUST PROVIDE DUE PROCESS LETTER TO EMPLOYEE  Letter:  States what employee did wrong  What rule/policy was violated  What investigation was done by employer  What discipline employer is thinking of imposing  Asks employee to respond and explain (in writing or in person)  Provides time frame for response from employee  Take what employee says into consideration BEFORE making final decision  May decide to suspend vs. terminate DUE PROCESS
