EU Leonardo da Vinci Programme WASTE –TRAIN PROJECT 2 nd Meeting in Dresden, GERMANY March 2007

3 rd Meeting  3 rd meeting of WASTE-TRAIN project will be; in Mondavia / ITALY on July 2007 WPs time limits for 2 nd Quarter of 2007 till 3 rd meeting will be settled up… In other words, Terms of References will be prepared now..

Terms of Reference  ToR will be designed according to the comments, suggestions and ideas of the partners…..  ToR is a document describing the purpose and structure of the project.  Creating a detailed ToR means the exact success of the project.  And ToR defines the project:  Vision, objectives, scope and deliverables, i.e. what has to be achieved.  Stakeholders, roles and responsibilities, i.e. who will take part in it.  Resource, financial and quality plans, i.e. how it will be achieved.  Work breakdown structure and schedule, i.e. when it will be achieved.

 ToR sets out a roadmap for the project.  It gives a clear path for the progression of the project, by stating what needs to be achieved, by whom and when.  For ToR, any idea, comment, suggestion, enquiry from the partner dealing with WASTE-TRAIN project itself and WPs are very welcome.  All partners can send their enquiries and requests to me at any time they want to, through the WASTE-TRAIN e- mailing system…..Please do not hesitate to ask any questions at any time..
