Monthly Earnings Estimator Ticket Training Tuesday

Goals and Objectives Describe how Social Security considers earnings. Demonstrate the use of the Monthly Earnings Estimator to calculate possible eligible earnings months. Choose to use the Estimator in conjunction with other factors to properly submit payment requests. 2

SSI and SSDI Earnings Earnings are calculated depending on entitlement program Supplemental Security Income (SSI)/T16 – Pay date Social Security Disability Insurance (SSD)/T2 – Pay Period beginning and ending dates Concurrent (SSI and SSDI) – both pay date and pay periods. OSM will use eligible earnings for payment. 3
