Information Multi Cultural Event on the Hoe EDL intend to march UAF intend a counter march Two further events in North Devon Protestors will travel from out of Force

Strategy As far as practicable: Protect life and property Maintain public order Prevent interference with the organised event on the Hoe, together with organisers Facilitate peaceful protest Maintain public confidence in a proportionate, intelligence led and effective policing response

Strategy cont..... Gather and preserve evidence of offences Maintain good communication with all involved Maximise safety to those involved in events on the Hoe Minimise risk to officers Minimise risk to protestors Tone of policing to be firm but fair and proportionate policing within ECHR
