Regions G eographers use Regions to group places that have something in common. A region has a unifying human or physical features such as:  population  history  climate  landforms

PLACE Geographers use Place to describe the features of a location that make it unique. Place includes the human and physical features of a specific location.

MOVEMENT Geographers use Movement to explain how people, goods and ideas move from one place to another.

Human-Environment Interaction Geographers use Human-Environment Interaction to learn how people affect their environment and how their environment affects them.
