An interpersonal relationship is normally viewed as a connection between two or more individuals.

The type of interpersonal relationships differ according to the different roles people play in a society. The relationships between two persons

The relationships with group of people

Interpersonal relationships are dynamic systems that change continuously during their existence. Good interpersonal relationships Unhealthy interpersonal relationships

Establish a good interpersonal relationship.

Although different places you will find different interpersonal relationships, they have one principle, you should obey certain rules to keep a good relationship with other people and therefore enjoy the benefit in turn.

The Importance of Interpersonal Relationships Sarah

A survey made by the Employment Guidance Group of Harvard University shows that among thousands of laid-off employees, 90% of them were unable to give full play to their abilities as a result of bad relationships. Success= 15% of professional skills + 85% of life skills This is true: Based on its analysis of more than 10,000 cases, the American Carnegie Industry University found that "wisdom", "special technology" and "experience" take up only 15% of the success factors, while 85% of them depend on good interpersonal relationships!

An Interpersonal relationship is very important, as it is: one of the basic needs of every person in society

A way of helping you to know yourself A way of helping you get a sense of achievement and self-identity A way of checking whether your social mental state is healthy or not

As we all know, Ma Jiajue killed his roommates because of trivial contradictions with them. We had to pay our attention to this matter and its causes. Therefore, we should have a positive attitude and behavior towards interpersonal relationships in our lives, and establish harmonious interpersonal relationships with people around us.

A harmonious interpersonal relationship is one of the most important ways to maintain students' physical and psychological health. students' physical and psychological health condition students ' emotion and affection the spiritual life of college students

A harmonious interpersonal relationship guarantees the growth and development of the students. exchange information and obtain knowledge self-understanding and self- improvement good community and social development

provide people with security and belongingness Bring about spiritual pleasure and satisfaction be beneficial to physical and mental health Therefore all people are eager to establish a good interpersonal relationship.

Five Principles to Establish a Good Interpersonal Relation I.Mutual Benefit Principle II.Credit Principle III. Respect Principle IV.Tolerance Principle V.Moderation Principle

I. Mutual Benefit Principle During the communication, both parties obtain their respective satisfaction of social needs, then close mental relationship can occur and be maintained between them, which display a friendly affection; at the opposite side, relationship between them may be alienated. Interpersonal relationship of various levels reflects the attraction degree of mutual needs among people.

II. Credit Principle “Treat people with sincerity and insist on credit” is the guarantee for extension and deepening of interpersonal communication. During the communication process, only with a motivation and attitude of sincere heart and kind intention can people mutually understand, receive, trust and arise resonance in sentiment, so that the communication relation can be consolidated and developed.

III. Respect Principle Only through respecting oneself and others can an equal position of each party in interpersonal communication be maintained.

IV. Tolerance Principle During the interpersonal communication, contradiction that occurs due to individual differences or unpredictable mistakes or misunderstanding is inevitable. Tolerance helps to enlarge communication space, nourish interpersonal relationship and eliminate interpersonal tension and contradiction.

V. Moderation Principle 1. Time for communication shall be moderate. 2. Distance for communication shall be moderate. 3. Frequency for communication shall be moderate.
