Initial Progress At EWG 20, the 3-year implementation program and Phase 1 project was endorsed Contract was awarded in February 2001 Circulation letter was sent out on March 1, 2001 So far, New Zealand, Mexico, USA, Australia, and Japan have expressed interest in active participation
