New Lockbox Myths Myth: I can continue to use my AE II lockbox with the new system. Fact: No. The old AE II boxes are old technology and do not support bluetooth technology of the new e keys.

New Lockbox Myths Myth: When I swap out my lockboxes I will get the equal number of boxes back. Fact: Only GRRA participating member companies will be allocated boxes based on residential listing activity in Triad MLS as a benefit of membership. Fact: Any GRRA member MLS subscriber or MLS Only subscriber can use the new e- key app or old D key to access the new iBoxes.

New Lockbox Myths Myth: The new iBox is only available as a lease to my company. Fact: iBoxes will be allocated to participating member companies in the primary service area based on listing activity in Triad MLS at no charge but will be available for purchase by key-holding members at the current retail price of $99 + tax.

New E-Key Myths Myth: I will have to pay an application fee to get started with the new service. Fact: No. There will not be an application fees during the first 60 days of conversion Fact: On day 61 and after there will be a $50 application fee for the new key holder.

New E-Key Myths Myth: All members using the display key (D key) must upgrade to the e-key technology. Fact: The display key (D key) are NOT being discontinues and will work with the new iBoxes Fact: The price for using the D key will be increasing from $57 annually to $ annually ($ tax monthly) to maintain outdated technology for use with the new iBoxes. The e-key app is $117 annually ($9.75 monthly.)

New E-Key Myths Myth: You can only use a debit card to pay the monthly e-key fee. Fact: You can use VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card to pay your monthly e-key fee. Fact: Payments are only accepted as a recurring monthly charge. There is no option to pay for one year in advance.

Role out Lockbox swap out dates are October 26 and 27. SUPRA will dispose of old AE II lockboxes turned in on theses days. You are encouraged to make your plan for swapping out boxes on your listings to take advantage of the disposal by Supra After the swap out dates you will be responsible for disposing of your old AE II lockboxes. You may download the e-key app at any time. You will be eligible for an authorization code after lockbox swap out. You may continue to use your D-key at the increased rate if you choose.

Responsibilities of the Office Office must: sign a Global Key Box Usage Agreement. provide an active credit card number as a deposit for iBoxes. Maintain accurate record of location of iBoxes. Key boxes are the property of GRRA. create an internal policy with the assistance of Supra to manage assigned iBoxes. return excess boxes as a result of the annual audit to GRRA upon request. enter serial numbers of each iBox into the MLS system. report Lost iBoxes immediately in writing and replace the box at the current replacement price plus a $10 fee. report stolen iBoxes immediately. There will be no fee if a copy of the police report is submitted to GRRA within one week.
