Housing Connect is a state wide service supporting people who are homeless or experiencing Homelessness in Tasmania. Housing Connect officially commenced 1 st October 2013 and is a collaborative service of: Anglicare Tasmania – State wide (lead agency N/NW) Colony 47 – South (lead agency South) CatholicCare - State wide Hobart City Mission - South The Salvation Army - South

Free call Hours Housing Connect provides a 24 hour service. There are 7 Front Doors open 9am to 5pm weekdays. Hobart Rosny Launceston Devonport Burnie Queenstown Smithton Outside of normal business hours the HC After Hours Service operates 5pm to 9am weekdays and 24 hours weekends and public holidays.

Housing Connect can help with: Applying for social housing Support and advice for private rental, including bond and rent arrears Crisis accommodation Support and advice to maintain accommodation Seeking assistance with family violence Information and advise on housing options
