Registration Requirements Each Year All PhD and Master Students must re- register each year and pay fees each year until submission You cannot submit your thesis if you are not a registered student Notice of when and how to re-register will issue to your student from Helen Buckley, Graduate Studies Office

Sometimes things change…………… Such changes include: Changing from a Masters or PhD track to a PhD Changing Supervisor or addition of Supervisor Major change in thesis topic Changing from part-time to full-time or vice-versa Extensions Leave of absence

Where do I go and what do I do……….. All changes to registration require the completion of a form and signature of your Supervisor(s), Head of School/Department Forms for changes to registration are available on the Graduate Studies Office website Or by ing Deirdre Daly in the Graduate Studies Office
