Tips for Accessible Design 1.High contrast color scheme. 2.Font size and type. 3.Include captions and transcripts for videos and sounds.

Adaptive Technology 1.Screen Readers: read left to right. 2.Consider alternatives to tables and limit size if used. 3.Use Alt. text and captions to convey information from images. 4.Avoid scanning information in as an image. 5.Save in Multiple Formats.

Platforms 1.BlazeView: use Journals, Blogs and Voice to avoid threaded links. 2.Wimba: Make sure information is in multiple formats, use archives, captioning and interpreting via video. 3.Second Life: use Virtual Ability Island and Distance Learning.
