Marine Biomes By Trevor Burns

Physical properties It is under water. It is filled with life such as fish, sharks, and plankton.

Climate and Temperature. Since it is underwater, the climate doesn’t really affect it. But it is wet year round. Obviously, right. The temperature depends on how deep you are.

Precipitation As you know, this biome is underwater. That means it receives half the water on planet Earth. Since it is over 70% of the world.

10 Biotic Things Marine biomes have Fish, Marine biomes have sharks, Marine biomes have whales, Marine biomes have turtles, Marine biomes have jellyfish, Marine biomes have crabs, Marine biomes have stingrays, Marine biomes have octopus, Marine biomes have squid, and Marine biomes have dolphins.

10 Abiotic Things Marine biomes have Rocks, Marine biomes have sand, Marine biomes have light, Marine biomes have air bubbles, Marine biomes have pebbles, Marine biomes have boulders, Marine biomes have soil, Marine biomes have waste, and Marine biomes have shells,

Five animals One of my favorite marine animals is the stingray. Some other cool animals are sharks. They have very powerful jaws. Jellyfish are cool too. They are translucent. Eels are very cool and so are octopuses.

Five plants Kelp, seaweed, coral, fungi, and algae.

5 interesting facts It has lots of living and non living organisms that can only survive there. Half the water on earth goes to the marine biomes. The marine biomes take up 70% of the world. Humans have destroyed many of these biomes, and sometimes not even on purpose. It is the largest biome.

Impact of humans They can destroy marine biomes, like the oil spill. That killed lots of fish and other marine organisms. Also polluting the water can negatively affect the marine world.

How to biotic and abiotic things interact? When a biotic thing dies, it becomes abiotic. Then, a living things comes along and eats the dead thing. Then that one dies and it starts all over again.

The Land Of Atlantis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have built an underwater city!! We have an under water dome with plenty of oxygen so call now and live it Atlantis. Come live in Atlantis! You will love the seafood!!!!
