Page th IETF – Hiroshima, Japan, November 2009 What’s diagnostic tools -TST Diagnostic tool-TST is used for verifying throughput one-way or two way on-demand in-service or out-of-service. Throughput is a capacity in terms of line rate; it is the amount of bits observed passing a point during a time interval.
