What are they? A health check that provides a snapshot: Height Weight Body Mass Index (BMI) Blood Pressure / Resting Heart Rate Body fat Carbon Monoxide Monitoring (Smoking)

How do they work? Delivered on site in the workplace Employer arranges room and bookings Qualified Health and Fitness Professional Results confidential with employee Results given to employee with support materials Brief advice given Advice to see GP if required

Why do on site Mini MOTs? Employees like them Visible way employers can support employee health Accessible to employees Quick, easy, non invasive Instant results for employees Can be a preventative measure: e.g. Blood Pressure Can be motivational Help employees make positive lifestyle changes 1 st session supported by Public Health Service Relatively cheap / simple to arrange
