Presentation transcript:

What bone is fractured? What joint is dislocated?

The fibula presents with a comminuted fracture. The tibia is displaced from the tibiotalar joint.

Identify the abnormality.

This patient suffers from a large bone tumor located on the left ala of the Ilium.

Identify the abnormalities.

This patient presents with multiple osteochondromas on the distal femur, proximal tibia and fibula.

This patient has a history of chronic vascular disease. This film shows growth of new bone in the subperiosteal position in both the tibia and fibula.

A classic presentation of gout (the build up of uric acid crystals in the synovial space). The 1 st MP joint in the left shows characteristic features: a large soft tissue mass, erosions in bone and sparing of articular cartilage.

A renal calculus is located at the level of the ischial spine (the uretovesicular junction). The right collecting system is dilated proximally as a result of the obstruction.

Aneurysm of the right renal artery. This patient was hypertensive.
