The Delta

The Delta is… a hearing device designed by Oticon small yet fashionable Fully loaded with the high-tech solutions every trendy person needs. Changing the way we see hearing aids Discreet

Oticon Oticon recognized that designing a hearing aid that appealed to young people’s desire for attractive, high-tech solutions was only the first step in gaining acceptance among them. In fact, the trendy ear "accessory" houses state-of-the-art computer technology that is aimed at boosting hearing clarity in difficult listening situations for a younger generation of users.

Advanced sound processing For ever changing sound environments, Delta incorporates the most advanced directionality system in the world. Delta's directional microphones automatically focus on speech so you can understand clearly and communicate freely with the person you want to talk to. Delta's advanced noise management system works in synergy with the directional microphones, attenuating unwanted noise to keep you comfortably connected to your surroundings.

Effortless listening With Delta, everything is seamlessly orchestrated by Artificial Intelligence. Artificial Intelligence enables Delta to function in much the same way as the human brain. Whenever your sound environment changes, Delta automatically makes thousands of subtle adjustments to keep your listening experience clear and comfortable, while focusing on essential speech information when it is present.

Customized for you The need for better understanding is determined as much by your individual lifestyle as it is by your physical needs. Delta's memory capability is specifically designed to help your hearing care professional monitor your sound environment so that you can get the performance only you need. And, Delta's Adaptation Manager automatically helps you to adapt to your new world of sound at your preferred pace.

Testimonies “When I first saw my new Deltas, I fell in love with the look of them. I almost didn’t care that someone might be able to see I was wearing hearing instruments – they were so beautiful. My audiologist showed me a variety of colorful styles. It was almost as if I was selecting from a jewelry case. My Deltas are my new vanity! I love the size, I love the style and I love dressing up. I keep forgetting the other great part – that I can actually hear. With my Deltas, I’ve gotten a renewed sense of normalcy. I love the way my Deltas look, the way they feel and especially, I love the way I hear.” LaVerne McIntyre, USA “The best thing about Delta is you can be a part of the daily life again. With Delta, I can hear the speech like the others!” Yumiko Matsuhashi, Japan

The discreetness The delta is as small as a walnut and also comfotable.

This was how one of the old hearing aids use to look. Doesn’t look very comfortable to me. It also sticks out.

My opinion I think the Delta is a great hearing aid. The technology is high-tech and its for all ages. I also like that it comes in many colors. What I don’t like is the price. The prices range from 1,899-2,699. The average hearing aid price (according to nextag.com) is $400. I love the style but if you can afford cheaper. That’s what I would recommend.
