Investigation The first project idea: An iPhone model that played music. 1. We thought we would build a mode 2. Then we would connect sound and play music The second project idea: A Jitterbug Robot 1. For this we used Youtube to tell uys how to make it 2. This is the link for the video:

Pros & Cons Pros Cons iPhone: It’s simple to make It’s big and eye-catching Students can relate to it Jitterbug Robot: It’s different and interesting It moves It is something most students haven’t seen before iPhone: Isn’t a working model It isn’t interactive It isn’t a new idea (model) Jitterbug robot: It’s small It may not be stable It isn’t nice to look at (eye- catching)

Materials Hardware: 1. A DC Motor 2. Paperclips 3. A Rubber band 4. Piece of Foam board 5. Battery-AA 6. Glue stick Software: 1. Youtube video: watch?v=dB7ZnhquZh U

Conclusion We decided to make the Jitterbug Robot We thought this was a more interesting and innovative idea than the MODEL It moves, which makes it more appealing We thought this project would have a better chance of winning at the Tech Fair
