Iowa State University ISU Extension and Outreach ISU Vision: Create, share and apply knowledge to make Iowa and the world a better place. ISUEO Mission: Build partnerships and provide research-based educational programs across the state.

4-H Vision and Mission Vision: Preparing Iowa’s youth to be successful, contributing members of society. Mission: Empower youth to reach their full potential through youth-adult partnerships and research-based experiences.
