Example: Eph. 5:19 Failure To Allow Scripture To Interpret Scripture “ Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord” One writer on: “making melody” “Making melody - Greek, psallō, to twitch or twang which, unless we're somehow supposed to twitch or twang our tongue, involves a mechanical device (an instrument).” Two things: If true: all would have to play an instrument Making melody is to be done “in the heart!”

Example: Jno. 3:3-5 What does it mean to be born of water and the Spirit? We are told that water doesn’t mean water and the Spirit operates directly upon our hearts! Allow the Bible to interpret it - Acts 2 explains it!
