3 3 Nodal Status Report - Integrated ScheduleAugust 25, 2008 TPTF Requests for the Integrated Schedule A clear, achievable delivery date ERCOT wait until the EMS CIM Importer is thoroughly tested before committing to a new "go-live" date Implementation will include both the Real-Time Market and the Day-Ahead Market, as originally planned ERCOT review incorporating deferred items for the Dec. 1 date Sufficient testing time for TSPs and QSEs is needed in the new "go-live" date Sufficient time to validate the network operating model for TSPs ERCOT provide a draft of the new integrated schedule to TPTF for review and comments

6 6 Nodal Status Report - Integrated ScheduleAugust 25, 2008 MMS – Remaining Software Releases MMS 4, Patch 4 scheduled for delivery to ERCOT in late August –Partial implementation of NPRR 102 –Bug fixes MMS 4, Patch 5 scheduled for delivery to ERCOT at end of September 2008 (tentative) –Code changes for CIM integration and bug fixes for Settlements integration –final patch scheduled for MMS4; delivery added to ensure progress is made while waiting for CIM MMS5 is the last scheduled release of functionality, targeted for delivery to ERCOT in late Jan 2009; dependent on synchronized CIM file Additional monthly patch releases are planned to fix any defects that are identified during subsequent testing efforts
