3 Communications Plan – Example Black Belts document those individuals associated with the Six Sigma project that should be included in project communication To ensure communication is targeted and routine, a purpose, method, frequency, date and responsibility for each communication element must be documented Additional pertinent information can be stored in the “Comments” field (i.e. file names)
