 Purpose: To determine the best method of communication between the Office of the Registrar and students.  Project Objective: To reduce the amount of confusion and phone calls created by the current method of communication ( ).  Project Scope: To conduct a survey of students to collect information about current and possible alternative methods of communication.

Methodology: Student Survey Open-ended survey questions regarding experience and opinions on the current method of communication and comments towards improved alternatives. Student Questionnaire Interviewed students attending surrounding colleges and universities to determine their current communication methods and their individual satisfaction with the current method.

 Reliability Test reliability refers to the degree to which a test is consistent and stable in measuring what it is intended to measure.  Validity Test validity refers to the degree to which the test actually measures what it claims to measure.
