International Thespian Society Point System Point system based on number of work hours within the department 1 point = 10 hours of involvement 10 points = Induction into ITS – The 10 points must come from two separate categories The different categories that points can be earned in are… – Acting – Tech Crew – Costume Crew – Production – Theatre Fest – Watching or performing in an outside theatre (other than LZ) – Working a concert in the PAC (Unless you’re being paid!) 60 points = Honors Thespian
