Study process The main study aids- original ODL study materials, prepared by teaching staff of the College. Regular face-to- face meetings (tutorials, group work, discussions, brainstorming, etc.). Some courses –only in face-to-face (full-time) form: praxis, guest lectures, psychological training. Computer for every student (the price is included in tuition fee): ,5% ,8%, %.

Motivation of students Motivated study materials, tests and exams. Self-assurance questionnaires for students. Analysis of questionnaires. Motivated letters, messages, telephone calls. Possibility to take exams individually or in group. Possibility to reiterate the semester. Possibility to segment the tuition fee. There is no unsuccessful students.

Students Perspective in the Labour Market 99 % of students are working population. Students feel sure for their choice in the labour market. Ready for the first level of professional higher education. Oriented to lifelong learning. Advanced for studies on the second level.

Conclusions ODL model, using by Business Administration College: Shows the perspective and sustainability of this study form. Gives a possibility to use inovative methods in adult education. Widens the European dimension of education system in Latvia.
