Independent Novels Goal is to read 6 novels by June Presentations 5-10 pages a night Class Novels - more difficult Goal is to read 4 novels by June Skills Practice Vocabulary Building Text Selections Read Alouds

Given 7 days a week Read at least 5 pages a night Should not take hours (20-30 min) Will periodically have skills reinforcement worksheet Checked for completion Accepted late, but with significant point reduction Posted on the website
