People don’t join companies - they join people they know, like, and trust. You have to give people a reason why you exist in the marketplace… Your product, company, or compensation plan don’t set you apart from your competition – it is YOU and YOUR STORY – your WHY You need to step out of your comfort zone and start sharing your story

If you have a compelling why you will see two things happen: 1.People are going to be drawn to you 2.It is going to be the gas in your tank to make you take action and keep going forward

To Craft Your “WHY” Take out a sheet of paper and write down the answer to this question: “Why did you start an online business?” Once you have your reason, you will then answer the question: “What does________mean to you?” – What does paying off your bills mean to you? – What does having a retirement mean to you? – What does spending more time with your family mean to you? – What does being your own boss mean to you?
