WHAT HAPPENED:SIGNIFICANCE:  On 22JUL15, P/C caught fire at the end of the North End of the Swinomish Channel in Skagit County, WA  burned to the waterline and sank  CG was on scene to observe dive operations  Global Diving and Salvage Inc was hired to handle response  FPN issued: s15026  Authorized ceiling: $20,000  Total CG Cost: $763  Estimated 10 gallons of gasoline discharged  Approx. 140 gallons of gasoline on board at time of sinking

WHAT HAPPENED: SIGNIFICANCE:  On 01SEP15, vessel sank at Quileute Marina in La Push  CG on scene to confirm reports  Global Diving and Salvage Inc. was hired to handle the response  GDS lifted vsl from water to avoid further damage to docks of the marina  FPN issued: s15029  Authorized ceiling: $25,000  Total CG Cost: $10,512  Est. 30 gal gasoline discharged  Est. 10 gals fuel recovered by GDS  Good cooperation with WA Ecology

WHAT HAPPENED:SIGNIFICANCE:  On 02SEP15, P/C sank at Port Orchard Railway Marina in Sinclair Inlet  Marina quickly boomed it off  Global Diving and Salvage Inc. hired to handle response  FPN issued: s15030  Authorized ceiling: $50,000  Total CG Costs: Est. $48,000  Est. 618 gals diesel fuel discharged  GDS recovered est. 500 gals diesel; all soiled sorbents removed and bagged  CG and WA Ecology were on scene and confirmed report of incident.  WA DNR contacted; Good cooperation between agencies
